Argosy paying Q3 dividend of 1.66 cps

Argosy Property will pay a dividend of 1.6625 cents per share for the third quarter of the 2025 financial year.

The company said that since it is a Portfolio Investment Entity, the dividend will be tax-free for New Zealand investors, however, imputation credits of 0.206074 cents per share are included, which represent tax already paid by the company.

Overseas investors will also get a small extra payment of 0.093513 cents per share to balance out tax rules.

The record date is 12 March 2025 and the payment date is 26 March 2025.
