Booster property fund reports -1.44% return

Booster Private Land and Property Fund experienced a negative return for 2024, with a decline of 1.44%.

In an update to the NZX today, Booster Investment Management said the latest performance contrasted with the fund’s 5-year average return of 7.77%.

The fund, which primarily invests in unlisted property, was valued at $222.39m at 31 December 2024.
