Kiwi Property Group has launched what it says is the largest lift modernisation project in New Zealand’s history.
The project will see all 15 lifts at its flagship office asset, Auckland’s Vero Centre, upgraded with state-of-the-art technology.
“This includes new regenerative motors, controllers, and interiors that are designed to improve efficiency and reduce wait times,” said Tim Marsh, commercial asset manager at Kiwi Property.
“But this project is more than just a simple upgrade. It’s a testament to our commitment to providing exceptional tenant experiences and staying ahead of the game when it comes to sustainability.”
