PFI completes $8.5m Penrose purchase

Property for Industry Limited has settled its $8.5m purchase of a site at 316 Neilson Street, Penrose, Auckland.

The company said in mid-February that it had negotiated an unconditional agreement to acquire the ~5,600 square metre property.

The industrial property specialist has a nationwide portfolio of 91 properties leased to around 124 tenants.
