Selling sentiment high among resi investors – survey

A record net 24% of residential property investors this month have reported that it is difficult to find a good tenant.

Crockers Property Management and Economist Tony Alexander’s March 2025 Investor Insight survey showed the latest result was a reversal from a year ago when a net 27% found it easy.

Only 18% of investors planned to buy over the next 12 months, while 35% intended to sell.
