JLL reveals peak coffee period for Auckland

Thursday between 11am and 12pm is the most popular time of the week for Auckland’s CBD workers to seek coffee outside of the office, according to JLL.

JLL’s head of research and strategic consulting, Chris Dibble, said the agent leveraged popularity data from Google to look at visitation at 22 of the city’s cafes.

He added that the data revealed further insights into retail vacancy rates, and could support business strategies.
