Precinct Properties’ Deloitte Centre – Te Kaha has been awarded 6 Star Green Star World Leadership certification from the New Zealand Green Building Council.

Precinct said the Auckland development at 1 Queen Street was the first of its kind to achieve the highest possible Green Star rating for a mixed use office and hotel project.

It has also been named a finalist in four categories at the upcoming Property Council New Zealand Awards 2025.

The building hosts the 139-room 5 Star InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Deloitte, Bell Gully, and Queens Rooftop & Wineshop on level 21.
