Forsyth Barr increases stake in Precinct

Forsyth Barr Investment Management Limited has reported a 1.006% increase in its substantial holding of Precinct Properties NZ & Precinct Properties Investments Limited.

That increased the investor’s total holding in the property company to 7.049%.

According to a a disclosure statement to the NZX on Friday, the increase, totaling 15,773,300 shares, involved on-market purchases worth $18.8m, on-market sales amounting to $1m, and off-market transfers valued at $3.8m between January and April 2025.

The movement was disclosed following the relevant event on 3 April 2025.
