Hotel Indigo Auckland for sale

The new 225-room Hotel Indigo Auckland is up for sale and is being marketed by Whillans Realty Group & McVay Real Estate.

The Auckland hotel, developed and managed Ninety Four Feet Property Development and IHG, had a soft opening in December 2024 and is expected to be fully open by April 2025.

It is the first Indigo in New Zealand and occupies 27 floors of a 42-storey tower on Albert Street.

Hotel Indigo Auckland is the fifth of that IHG brand in Australasia, joining Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders, Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre, Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets, and Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point.
