Hotel Indigo, up for sale, officially opens in Auckland

IHG Hotels & Resorts’ boutique brand, Hotel Indigo, has officially opened in Auckland.

The 225-room hotel on Albert Street in midtown is on the former site of a 1912 business that imported Cadillacs into New Zealand.

Its rooms include 10 accessible ones, with King rooms starting at $309 per night, and the hotel also welcomes dogs under 30kg for a $150 pet fee per stay.

The hotel, developed and managed by Ninety Four Feet Property Development and IHG, had a soft launch in December and is being marketed for sale by Whillans Realty Group & McVay Real Estate.
