The New Zealand Superannuation Fund has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Summerset Group Holdings after its stake slipped below the 5% threshold to 4.976%.
The shift followed a series of on-market trades between May 2025 and March 2026, with the fund purchasing $16.34m of shares but selling a slightly higher $16.75m over the same period.
It also received $1.19m worth of shares through Summerset’s dividend reinvestment plan.
The New Zealand Superannuation Fund now holds just over 12 million shares in Summerset Group Holdings.
