Sector heads to Spark Arena for 2025 Property Industry Awards

Around 1400 property professionals will be attending the Property Council New Zealand’s 35th Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards.

The industry will converge on Spark Arena in Auckland for the gala event this evening, with 100 finalists vying for awards across 11 categories plus the Rider Levett Bucknall Supreme Property Award.

Judging for the awards has been under way since early this year, with tonight’s event showcasing the best of the country’s property developments, design, investments and refurbishments.

Television personality Hilary Barry will be tonight’s master of ceremonies and the awards component is expected to finish by 10pm.
