CBRE: Unsold Auckland apartment stock at decade low

Unsold apartment stock in Auckland has reached a decade low of 787 units, according to CBRE.

The agent’s Q2 2025 Auckland apartment figures showed the pipeline of projects had shrunk by 15 to 54, of which only 3 are in the marketing stage.

Social housing project totalled 14, down from a peak of 51 seen in Q1 2022.
