More resi investors thinking of selling – report

More residential property investors are considering selling, according to the February 2025 Investor Insight survey conducted by Crockers Property Management and economist Tony Alexander.

The report showed a net 14% of investors are thinking about selling, up from 7% last month, marking the highest level since mid-2021.

Investors were wary of increasing insurance and council rates costs, challenges in securing tenants, and falling house prices.
