Real estate, construction job adverts fall on Seek

The number of real estate and property jobs fell 2% between February and March this year, according to Seek’s latest New Zealand employment report.

Construction job adverts on Seek’s platform also fell by 1%.

While there was no change in the overall number of job adverts on Seek’s platform month-on-month, they increased by 2% quarter-on-quarter, the first quarterly rise since 2022.
