Seek property job adverts up in Jan

The number of real estate and property jobs adverts on the Seek platform increased 2% in January 2025 compared to December 2024.

While Seek did not provide total figures in its New Zealand employment report for January, it noted that construction jobs grew by 1% and those for design and architecture increased 9%.

Seek said that overall ad volumes rose 4% in January, the largest increase since July 2024, driven by growth in all of the largest regions, and in most industries.
