CBRE has recruited two new agents to its Christchurch industrial team.
Jeremy Brown has been appointed associate director of industrial and logistics, joining from JLL, where he was a senior broker in industrial and logistics.
Brown has previously worked for CBRE and brings several years of experience specialising in industrial property, negotiating numerous acquisitions and disposals deals for developers, investors and funds, private buyers and owner occupiers.

CBRE has also hired Wilson Hewett as an industrial and logistics negotiator.
Hewett has worked in industrial sales and leasing with JLL since 2021.
CBRE said Hewett was particularly experienced in the CBD fringe market, where he has negotiated several sales and leasing deals for private investors and owner occupiers.

Thomas McAlister has joined the Colliers Residential Project Marketing team as its new national director.
McAlister joins from Auckland-based developer Conrad Properties Group, where he was group sales and leasing director.
Prior to that, he was with Savills in Hong Kong as a senior director and head of international residential.
James Miller will start his role as an independent non-executive director at Fletcher Building on 1 June 2025.
Miller is currently chair of Channel Infrastructure NZ and a director of Ryman Healthcare, Mercury NZ and Vista Group.
His previous governance roles include serving on the boards of Auckland International Airport, Accident Compensation Corporation, NZX and Vector and as a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board and the Financial Markets Authority board.
Realestate.co.nz has appointed Rishi Ankus its new general manager of sales.
The property platform said Ankus brings with him more than 10 years of senior sales and leadership experience, having held key roles across New Zealand’s media and property sectors.
He was with The New Zealand Herald’s owner, NZME, for almost 11 years before joining Realestate.co.nz.
Barfoot & Thompson has named Henry Barfoot as a director, effective from 1 June 2025.
Henry, who is the grandson of founder Val Barfoot, has been embedded within the business for over 16 years.
He will continue in his current role as manager of the Milford branch, as well as serving as a director.
State Owned Enterprises Minister Simeon Brown has appointed Alex Skinner chair of Quotable Value.
Skinner, a chartered accountant and former partner at KPMG, has been a member of the QV board since 2019.
Brown will take over from Gregory Fortuin, starting as chair on 1 June.
