Colliers has appointed Megan McGregor to lead the agent’s Northland team.
McGregor has joined Colliers Whangārei as director after more than eight years with Ray White in Whangarei.

Colliers said the appointment was part of its plan to bolster its ranks in one of the country’s rapidly growing regions and McGregor added significant experience in commercial brokerage, particularly industrial, office, and retail sales and leasing.
She will be based at Colliers’ new office on Port Road in Whangārei, where she will be joined by team assistant Jen Olsen.
“I am excited about the opportunity to collaborate with some highly experienced team members from across the Colliers network to ensure we can provide our clients with the best service and sales and leasing opportunities in the Northland region,” McGregor said.
“There is strong demand for industrial land in Whangārei, which remains at a premium.
“Given the city is only two hours from Auckland it offers convenient connectivity and there is considerable growth potential, so the future is very bright.”
Colliers said that before getting into the property industry, McGregor worked in accounting roles, including for a private art gallery in the UK.
She holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science majoring in pathology and genetics from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in accounting from Massey University.
