Marlborough hotel for sale

The Marlborough Riverside Hotel in Nelson Street, Blenheim, is for sale.

Bayleys said the 44-unit hotel, which can accommodate 104 people, is on the banks of the Taylor River and is five minutes’ walk from the CBD.

Senior sales consultant Michael Ryan and colleague Erika Williams are marketing the business and leasehold interest in the hotel, which goes until 2053, as a going concern by negotiation.

Ryan said it was suitable for a range of guests, “from corporate and event travellers to wine tourists and weekend escapees”.
