Millennium & Copthorne declares dividend after delay

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand has declared a dividend of 3.0 cents per share for the year to December 2024

That was down from the previous year’s 3.5 cents per share.

The nationwide hotel operator had delayed its dividend due to the bid by majority shareholder CDL Hotels Holdings New Zealand, which failed in its attempt to acquire the remaining 24% of Millennium & Copthorne that it did not already own.

Millennium & Copthorne said on Friday that the dividend will be fully imputed and paid to shareholders on 19 June.
