Fletcher Building names new chair

Fletcher Building has named Peter Crowley as chair of its board and Jacqui Coombes as an independent, non-executive director.

The construction company said today that Crowley’s appointment was effective immediately, while Coombes would join on 14 April 2025.

Crowley was appointed director on 1 October 2019.

Fletcher Building said acting chair Barbara Chapman will step down from the role today but will remain a director until 30 April 2025.
