Kiwi Property details Q3 dividend

Kiwi Property will pay a third quarter dividend of 1.35 cents per share.

The company said the dividend will have imputation credits of 0.332688 cents per share, and a supplementary dividend of 0.150968 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.

The record date for the dividend is 13 March 2025, and the payment date is 24 March 2025.
