Kiwi Property sets dividend reinvestment plan price…

Kiwi Property has set the price for its dividend reinvestment plan at $0.8817 per share for the dividend being paid on Monday, 24 March 2025.

“The price represents a 2% discount to the average of the daily volume weighted average price of shares traded over the five business days following and including the ex-date,” the company told the NZX today.

Currently, 29% of shareholders, who together own 42% of the company’s shares, have chosen to reinvest their dividends instead of receiving cash.
