Kiwi Property’s Daly leaving board

Kiwi Property director Mary Jane Daly will not stand for re-election and will step down from the company’s board of directors, with effect from its 2025 annual shareholder meeting.

Daly has been a director of Kiwi Property since 2014, then known as Kiwi Income Property Trust, and has been chair of Kiwi Property’s Audit and Risk Committee since 2017.

“I’m proud of Kiwi Property’s evolution into a leading creator of connected mixed-use communities in New Zealand, and have every confidence that the company is well-positioned to deliver on its strategic priorities going forward,” Daly said.

Kiwi Property said the recruitment process for a new director will commence immediately.
